everytime I watch something that has to do with pregnancy or woman giving birth, I completely just start to tear up wishing that I was the one giving birth to that baby instead of them!!
Even if I see a stranger's baby on the street I damn near come to tears.....even typing this is making me cry....is this normal?

I think this is a very normal female feeling. I also have a bit of longing when I see pregnant women or women with small babies. I think our hormones tell us to reproduce so that our species won't die out. I am a mother of a toddler, and I already long to have another baby. Most women refer to this drive as "baby fever". The only solutions I know are having a baby, adopting a cute pet, or keeping very, very busy with other stuff.

Yes, it is more than normal for women to love babies. I am wondering how old you are and if you have any children yourself yet. You are normal as apple pie and those babies are sweet for a reason (so we will change their diapers and give them all of our money later) because they make women with older ones to die for just one more day with our own tiny babies in our arms one more time before life is gone someday. No mother could deny that. You keep shedding those tears because you've got me crying too. Much Love and Happiness @8-) Awwwwww. Babies. Ummmmmm.

You didn't say if you could have a baby or not.I hope for your sake that you can,you seem to be the type who would love and care deeply for one.Yes it's normal.I am 42 and have decided not to have any more,but when I see babies I really get that maternal feeling again.If you can't have any,try adoption.There are a lot of babies out there in need of a loving parent.Good luck.

I think there is something deeper going on.Don't get me wrong of course your maternal instincts are kicking in which is natural.But from what i gather you are not a mother yet.I think you are ready to experience child birth and your anticipation gets to you sometime or all the time you say. but you are not obsessing yet ,but you are on that road !

My wife went through a period of time like that. I don't think it's abnormal, I think you have a lot of emotion and feelings about one day becoming a mom and having a child of your own. Unfortuantely, my wife and I can't have children but she and I have dogs that we treat like children. I think you are fine and will make a great Mom one day!
