Maybe try a spermicide or a diaphragm, but a condom or the pill will be you safest .

actually.. if you check biology books, the reproduction chapter explains something very well.. the whole menstruation period is 28 days. Day 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 being the days when there is period. The next few days after period it svery less likely to get pregnant (Day1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), because the lining is not there to catch the sperm. But its not safe enough. Pills/condom/spiral are more effective.

there is NO certain days when u can not conceive that r absolutely 100%. but there is other option, if u do not want any more kids u could get sterilized or have husband get a vasectomy, or u could do depot shots or the norpalnt implants that will be affective for 5 yrs. best bet is to discuss it with your gyn dr. also could just be that u need a diffrent bc pill with a diffrent variation of hormones..............gl

Look into taking a Natural family planning course. you might find one through your local Catholic Church. It charts your mucus and temp and is 99% accurate. they do not bring religion into it. and it is not the rythem method
Good Luck
