What you are talking about is called contraction. some people in and around baseball thought that attendance was laking in certain areas, the public was losing interest, and the quality of play was going down because there were so many teams. So they toyed with the idea of contraction, or disolving a couple of teams. The Expos, Twins, and Marlins were the teams most commonly mentioned for contraction. Thankfully, this never happened.

Oh you mean.....when the Players Union goes a strike and takes away the Expos best chance......and piss off all the fans and know one comes to the games anymore because it is Canada and unlike american's they take advantage of sunny days (STUPID FAT AMERICANS). .....no i don't the answer.
