I don't engage in much antisocial behavior. I'm rather quiet, and, in spite of myself, a bit of a conformist.

"flaking out"

I am constantly making plans with people and bailing at the last minute just because i start to get anxiety when it comes time to leave the house. So I constantly "flake out" on plans to especially if i know it is going to be a group of people. I have every intention to go out with friends because i hardly ever go out, but my anxiety starts to get the best of me and I end up just staying at home watching tv or reading. If i know I really need to actually go out with someone(s) I have to have a few drinks first to calm my nerves.

I tend to stay to myself as I'm a loner. I guess that is as anti-social as anybody can possibly be.
