At an intersection once I actually got out of my car and picked up the trash the jerk threw out and threw it right back into his lap! The look on his face was priceless!
Littering is disgusting, makes you wonder what their homes (if they have one) looks like.

Because they r 2 lazy to get there butts out of the car and walk over to a garbage can and throw out there garbage, i cannot stand when ppl throw things out of the car windows , it makes u wonder just how clean they r as well as how they live!!!!! :)

the appropriate response would be to pick up the cup and throw it back into their window with a note written on it *throw me in the trash can!*
Or if you're a cop, pull them over and give em a ticket.

That's so irresponsible.i've seen people throw cigarettes out of their windows.sucks for the environment and the street sweepers.
