Absolutely. The only stipulation is that the Prime Minister be an Israeli citizen and a member of the Israeli Knesset. In 2003, an Arab (can't remember of he's Muslim or Christian) named Azmi Beshara ran for the Prime Minister's office, becoming the first Arab to do so. Regrdless, no legislative hinderances to a Christian holding the highest Office.

Weird, but true! Let me explain. For example, an american jew married to a christian spouse can go to Israel and live there. If their son, raised as a christian, enter to the political life, can eventually become Prime Minister.
However, it could be technically impossible for a non jew to access to such important role in the national representation, remember that is the israeli people, mostly jewish, who decides with their votes.
Gratvol: By the way, the israeli ambassador here in Peru is also druze.

Yes, its possible but unlikely
it would be the equivalent of a Muslim becoming president of the United States, possible but not likely.
Currently though the president of Israel is Druze.
