Power
= Voltage*Current
= V*I

4000 = 220* I
I = 4000/220=18.182 A

W = V x A
A = W/V = 4000 ÷ 220 = 18.182 Amps

W = V X I

4000 = 220 X I

I = 4000 / 220 = 18.181818...amps

Assuming this is ac, the equation Power = volts times amps is not strictly correct because the drier contains a motor and power factor effects the numbers. I could scream for every time I see people say P=VI for ac circuits.

Basically you do not have enough information for accurate solution but you can estimate using the equation I put above since most of the load is resistive.
