Perhaps--but when I saw the headline "Free Paris Hilton" my first reaction was "Limit is one with a $50 purchase!"

I don't think so, but about a related subject .....The petition for the gov to free paris only says to forgive her for DUI, but she's not only going to jail for that, some people forget she was driving without a license and the law clearly states: If you drive with a suspended or revoked license, you can be fined and jailed and your vehicle may be impounded. At least she still has her car! And what example would governor Schwarzenegger set if he steps on a judge's decision?

I'm going to sign these two:

LOL but this one is just mean haha and kinda funny http://www.petitiononline.com/kram1003/petition.html
Seriously I signed that one too.

Well she did break the law...twice.

She will be separated from the regular prisoners. If you pay $85 per day, you can get a separate cell.

What ever prison she goes to will from that day forth be called the minimum security Hilton.

Shes got a private cell away from the general populations for her safety. She'll get a few perks with her kind of money but she will be locked up.

I dont think so. She will most likely get a fine, pay it off and end of story. Paris claims she "doesnt deserve this" ah ha ha! Yeah, you do Paris! Dont be a baby!

~*~ It frustrates me when celebrities get away with what "regular" people have no exceptions for their crime.~*~

HELL YEA! Not because I'm a hater but because DUI's are so serious. I want to cut that woman because she feels she shouldn't serve time due to her reckless actions. She won't have much to say when she acutally kills someone and they end up on the hood of her car and the family of that person or persons die, chase after her with stakes. She better watch out for me that's for damn sure.

If she does, it won't be the full 45 days. One other actress got arrested for worse, and she did 2 hours. OJ got away with murder, so, money talks. If you have the money, or know someone inportant, you can stay out of jail.

hey if she did the crime she should do the time so I hope she does get put in prison- if it were anyone else they would be and why should she get a 'get out of jail free card' just for being a stuck up celebrity who thinks she it? maybe she will learn the whole world doesn't evolve around her.

Geez...I hope so. It seems her parents were too busy making and spending money to jerk a knot in her behind when she screwed up as a kid, so now she'll get a dose of "reality".
