I was going to mention the US Post Office. They have the mail delivery trucks and they are offered at auction, every now and then. I suppose it will be the GSA that conducts the auction. That would be perfect for your use. good luck.

I would look for one of the older english cars
as they had rh steering but autos will be hard
to find if your looking for anything older than
a mid 70s.A japanese domestic market car shipped over would be perfect but expect a larger price tag.
