I know that this is going to sound really stupid but here it goes! ALOT of fast food places will tolerate ALOT from their employees,because these are the only people who will work in these he** hole places for minimum wage. I used to work for two well known fast food places,and the pay was horrible and I was working sometimes 12 hours a day,not kidding! Plus,it is hot,humid,and the working conditions are barely tolerable because the managers expect you to do their work for them and only get paid $5.15 an hour and you have to try and fake being happy doing their work for them too!

If you have ever wondered why people in fast food restaurants have an attitude problem just work in a fast food place for two weeks,and you will understand why they are so cranky,TRUST ME!! I quit working in fast food because I couldn't take the really long hours,being on my feet for OVER 10 hours a day with ONE HALF HOUR BREAK ALL DAY,and I got sick and tired of only getting paid minimum wage,when the manager was sitting on their butt getting over $10.00 an hour doing nothing at all!! :-(

Hi, a couple of questions, Is the Pizza Hut Corporate or Franchise, because if you are only 14 and working at a Corporate Pizza Hut then I would be asking questions because I am a manager at a Corporate and we can not hire anyone under 16. The TMRI test that you would have taken would also not let them enter in the numbers if you are under 16. Most back of house employees start at 5.15 to 5.25 For front of house it is 2.13 plus tips and 5.15 to 5.25 for production wage.

I called Pizza Hut and they said that the Cook had to go over to the Hospital because the combination of his severe case of Hep A, B & L and open sores on his fingers had to be treated immediately.

Since the heat level is pretty high in the kitchen the risk of infection to the public was within acceptable standards.
