Pets - What are the names of your pets?

Question

I am just curious what animals everyone has.Also what are the names of their pets? How long have they had them? Also What animals did you use to have & what were their names. Like I said Im very curious

I have 3 cats
Actually 2 of them live at my moms because they are outside cats now & mom doesn't want them close to a road which I am.
Anyway I was 3 cats:
Sylvester( at my moms house) hes black & white Follows you around like a dog lol. I love him to death

Hissy - ( at my moms house) She is a calico cat & actually ismy sisters by my sister doesn't pay attention to her so I call her mine. Her name is baby actually but baby Doesn't fit her.

Callie- Shes a Calico. She hates little kids & doesn't like people very much except for my husband & I. My cousin Will come up & everytime he comes she always hisses at him lol but he deserves it because he picks on all animals

Dwarf Hamster- I haven't figured out a name yet if anyone would like to help me pick out a name if be greatly

I have a tame zoo...12 pets, yes, 12! They are:
2 parakeets, Cloudee and Skigh
1 canary, Starfire
2 guinea pigs, Moose and Bear
1 mini-lop (bunny), Rocky
1 bunny, Lunch
1 chinchilla, Jingles
2 cats, Critter and Princess
2 yorkies, Sassee and Belle

Lunch and Princess belong to my son's significant other but reside with us while she attends college.

I have several birds, a dog, a bunny & cats.

My birds names are:
Apollo - Lutino Indian Ring-neck Parakeet. I thought she was a he & that's why she has a boys name.

Mojo - Olive Indian Ring-neck Parakeet. I didn't name him, I adopted him & that's what his name already was.

Ava - White-faced Pearl Cockatiel. I just liked the name.

Zippy - Lutino Cockatiel. I thought it was a fun name.

Jade - Pacific Parrotlet. She's green.

Budgie - Teal & White Budgie. I couldn't think of a name.

Jack & Jill - Blue Budgie & Yellow & Green Budgie. I got them together & thought it would be cute.

Bella - Yellow & Green Budgie. I named her after my niece.

Skittles - Yellow-sided Green-cheek Conure. He looks like a bag of Skittles.

Pudgie - Gray Blue English Budgie. He's bigger than the regular budgies.

Bella #2 - Red-bellied Parrot. I didn't name him, he was adopted.

Those are all my birds.
My dogs name is Loki. Norse god of mischief. He's a 10 month old Britney Spaniel.

My bunny's name is Dot. She has a little white dot on her forehead.

My cats names are:
Marshmellow Bob - Straight white Persian Ragdoll mix. He's huge.

Alpine - Straight white long hair mix.

Domino - Tabby. My little brother named him.

Gizmo - Tabby. My dad named him.

Lily - Tabby. I liked the name.

Mercedies - White & Black mix. A friend named her.

I personally prefer descriptive names for a pet as their name tells you so much about their personality..But then again a pet name could still be used as a human name but still be descriptive of the animal...It just all depends.. I have a little chihuahua named Missy and yeah that name to me really suits her. I also have 2 zebra finches named Beauty and Beast i love their names it says everything about their personalitys lol... What do you prefer?

I love the story about Callie its so true naughty torties mine was a one person gal called Pippa even the vet was scared in fact the whole veterinary practice prepared for her arrival, she too hated children and friends just went away shredded. Alas she is no longer with me and still miss a naughty ways.

I have six cats two torties (glutton for punishment) called Anoushka, Saffron and the third girl is called Antu she is a very beautiful Birman. The three boys are Jimson he is a Sealpoint Siamese, Basil (the playful one) is a Tabby and the huge bundle of fluff is called Pasha he strides along like John Wayne.

There are two Bunnies called Perseus and Andromeda they are dutch breed one (the boy) is grey and white the other his sister black and white they are so cute.

I too love the names people give their animals, a friend of mind called her two cats smash and grab, another called hers chopper (hardly dared to ask why) another friend called her dog crumpet.

As for your hamster - Hamlet or Duster

Mickey - Cat (age 20), I have had him for 5 years came from my husband's sister.

Nitro - Cat (age 12), I have had him 12 years.

Kipper - Cat (age 4) I have had him 4 years.

Moo-Moo - Cat (age 3) I have had him 3 years.

Nemo - Cat (age 3) I have had him 3 years

(Moo-Moo & Nemo are brother's from the same litter and Kipper is their older brother from a previous litter)

When I was a kid growing up I had 3 girl dogs named Snoopy, Lacey & Pebbles and 1 male cat named Boomer. Also a rabbit named Band-it, hamster named Isiah & a guinee pig named guiness.

I have several animals. My oldest is my horse. He is an American Quarter Horse. I got him as a green broke 2 year old and trained him myself. He just turned 18 on Saturday. His name is Poco's Cougar (goes back to the famous Poco Bueno!!) He is also registered as a Red Dun which is his color. I call him Brandy because he is the color of apricot brandy.

I also have a dog. She is really aloof (half chow-chow, half German Shepard) She loves "her people" but not strangers. Her name is Cindy.

I also have a cat. She is all attitude (or should I say "cattitude"...) I named her after a character in a Mozart opera (The Magic Flute..) which is Pamina. I just call her Mina though. She is schizophrenic for sure! I love her to death though!

I have a pair of zebra finches who are forever trying to have babies (I won't let them..I don't want to get into that) His name is Nate..her's is Mya. (my brother said she should have been Polly....then it would have been polly...nate......get it??)

I just got some guppies..two male...four females...one had babies, but they ate them all...oh well . Their names are: Azulo, Don Giovanni, Zerlina, (can you tell I like Mozart??) Goldie, Judy , and Betty (the last two are after Character' s in White Christmas...)
We have some Chickens to, but they don't really have names.
My mother has a cat..Toby...and a Horse, Joe. He is an Appy

I have 2 dogs.

One is a Schnauzer and his name is Woody. Named from Toy story when I was 9. He hates little kids and is old and sick now but loves to be around people and play with tennis balls.

The other is a black lab named boomer. He is energetic and loves to run and play. He won't stop giving kisses and wagging his tail. He is like a person, if you annoy him, he will groan and walk away from you, especially if he is trying to sleep.

For a dwarf hamster I would recommend one of the seven dwarf names. They are classic and cute.

Dopey: the youngest, sweetest, and silliest of the seven, and the only one to be completely bald and beardless; wears a too large lime green tunic and purple cap.*

Grumpy: the grouchiest and most curmudgeonly of the group, though even he is supremely devoted to the beautiful Snow White; wears a red tunic, long white hair and beard.

Doc: the only one of the dwarfs to wear glasses (so presumably the most intellectual); wears an orange-brown tunic, long white hair and beard.

Happy: the most rotund of the dwarfs; wears a brownish two-tone tunic, yellow cap, long white hair and beard.

Bashful: evokes his bashful nature through a classic pose of shyness (hands clasped behind back, shoulders slightly raised, eyes upturned); sometimes difficult to distinguish between Sneezy and Sleepy; depicted in purple tunic and magenta cap (on video), as well as long white hair and beard.

Sneezy: frequently shown with one finger underneath his nose, as if trying to stifle a sneeze; sometimes difficult to distinguish between Sleepy and Bashful; wears a yellow-brown tunic, long white hair and beard.

Sleepy: perhaps the most difficult to differentiate between Sleepy and Bashful, though he wears a perpetually sleepy looking, heavily lidded expression on his face; wears a brownish tunic, green cap, long white hair and beard.

Mouse I like to call Staying Power(because my neighbor had a snake, and it wouldn't eat the mouse, and the mouse was smart enough to hide from cats and not get eaten)

1st. LilaCoca 4yrs old white and grey aka "mommy"
2nd Diablo 3yrs old tigertabby grey, black, and cream stripes aka "Daddy G" he has a perfect g on his right shoulder
3rd Junior 6months old first son to Diablo and Lila. He is solid black aka "sexy" looks like a black panther but smaller
4th Dutchess also 6 months old looks identical to her dad Diablo with the G mark and all aka "Lady G"and "Duchee"
5th Baby G looks identical to Diablo and Dutchess 8 weeks old and has a "G" on both shoulders
