Distance is about 200 miles. A ferry from Piraeus (Port of Athens) would take 12 to fifteen hours. There is a plane service from Athens (not cheap) which takes about 50 mins.

It depends on the ferry. Normal ferries take about 13 hours, there are faster ferries too. You have to check the specific ship. It's better to fly, it only takes half an hour or so.

About 10 hours if you take Blue star, and about 50 minutes if you go by plane...I live in this department of Greece...
