Yea.. I mean, if you're gonna waste your time and energy into chasing something, don't you want to know you'll actually succeed? It's a better investment of your resources...

although it is a lot more fun to chase moving cars, i have gotten enjoyment out of chasing parked cars!

Yes. It is especially more desirable for those who are less than proficient in running. Makes the capture soooo.. much easier.

Not much fun really they are too easy to catch,give me the good old motorway every time that is really exciting.
