Someone who's self-image does not rely on being "macho", abusive, or chauvanist. A "real man" wouldn't be threatened by a working, independent woman. He also wouldn't be threatened by gay men (just because someone is gay, doesn't mean you are too). He'd be willing to split household chores and help out with raising kids (and would be willing to at least consider the possibility he might quit work and stay home with them!). He'd have avocations as well as a vocation. He'd be willing to learn new things.
