Do you think that brain drain is good according to the Indian prospective. In my point of view the process of brain drain is the most worse process.
Please answer me open heartedly that you encourage or discourage this brain drain.

For those that don't understand the term "brain drain," it means "capital flight" and often occurs when young men and women leave their home country to study abroad, but never return because of the better employment prospects in other countries. The home countries are obviously losing out on having these people come back and contribute their talents to their own country and welfare. Obviously however, if the prospects for making money and living a more comfortable life is somewhere else, those people will choose to be somewhere else.

It is a sad situation really and although I believe that students that have gone abroad to study a skill should return to their home country to practice that skill, which would ultimately help the economy too, I can understand why they choose not to return. India is a very good example and it is obvious that there is much "brain drain" going on because of ther economic situation.

Tough to be on one side or the other.....
