I'm 15, reached a C cup. Enough, I hope. I wish I were smaller. My mom worries alot about me and gave me bras with full coverage, much support and 4 hooks in the back. She says I need them, she knows best, those mom things. She's probably right, but I wish I didn't have to wear such bras. It's been hard to get used to them, I feel hot and constrained. And those 4 hooks are hard to put on. Mom says with much love I'll get used, but as for the sweat when it's hot she says nothing can be done besides changing my bra when it accumulates moisture. The most difficult thing ever is to talk a mom out of something when she's sure it's for your best! Especially a wonderful but overprotective mom like mine. Since I don't want to fight with her over bras and she decided I need the, I guess I'm stuck. How can I get used to those bras? Howe can I get used to clipping 4 hooks every morning? It's tricky. And summer is coming, will they feel worse and hotter in summer, will I sweat more?

Unfortunately, you either have to deal with sexy bras with not much support or full coverage bras with PLENTY of support (which, from a C cup on, you DO need, trust me!).

For summer try wearing sport bras. They will help support you as well as stop you from jiggling and still allows for some cleavage.

She wants you to have full coverage in order to help your breasts not become saggy :)

I understand how you feel. When I was your age, I had this similar problem. It does take some time to get used to wearing a bra. Love who you are, no matter your size. Listen to your Mom, do your homework, then make an intelligent decision for yourself. First make sure you measure yourself correctly-see my lingerie store at LingerieExposure.com. We have a good guide. Underwire will definitely give you the proper support, while wireless, although it might feel better, will allow your breasts to move around more. At 15, I don't suggest that. Try a few different bras and see what fits good, is comfortable, and of course, looks good. Maybe a full coverage, underwire with 3 hooks will do. As far as swetting goes, you just have to change your bra when you are uncomfortable. Have you tried using some body powder? You have plenty of time to be independent.

Hope this helps.

I had your problem at that age. Is it too tight around, or have you adjusted the straps or hooks (to make them more loose)? If so, you can get used to them, but it will take time. As for the sweating, there's powders and powdery starch you may try. -- As for hooks, I always had to hook them in front, around my waist, and flip it to back. -- If all fails, pray your mom will give it a second thought.

if you are uncomfortable wearing something, then no one should make you wear it, not even your mom. wearing a c-cup is not a big deal, so just wear the kind of bra that you used to wear when you wore a b-cup or whatever. your mom is being too controlling if she won't allow that.
