I had a horrible sour stomach and cramps lastnight,and it still hurts now. Not real bad though. And i just went to the rest room and it was diareahh and it looked a little bloody? my stomach is making gurgling noises also.
what is all this?

sounds like you have a virus. Are you sure it was bloody? It's possible the diarrhea looked just the right color to be confusing.
Bloody stool from a GI bleed would be horribly smelly.

Sounds a bit like IBS if you type in medical diagnosis to a search engine you should be able to type in your symptoms and narrow down what it could be.

It could be something that you ate. If it doesn't get better, it may be a bacterial infection. Then you may need to seek medical attention.

you might have a stomach virus...you should diffenetly see a doctor...your stool should never be bloody

that seems dangerous to me, it might be internal bleeding...I think you should deffinetly go see a doctor soon if that happens again.
