Definately baseball, football, and basketball. NASCAR has a big following (even though it's questionable if it's a sport), and hockey is still semi-big (although it's fallen a great deal in the past 10 years or so). Whoever said soccer doesn't know what he's talking about. I'd say poker is probably more popular.

Number 1 with no question whatsoever is NFL football, followed by college football and then Baseball. I think NBA basketball follows the big 3.

Sports like baseball or the NBA are not as popular anymore, just look at the ratings they get. Nascar is probably more popular than those 2 at this present moment.
