Actually, I think the punishment she recieved is rather fair (if not easy on her) She is blaming everyone else for her actions and is not taking responsibility for anything in her life. If it was any normal Joe, they would be hit with tons of fines, community service, probation, and jail time! Not to mention the loss of the drivers license again. She needs to just man up to her mistakes and stop saying that everyone is being "cruel"

She should have all her bank, and stock accounts frozen until she learns how to live in the "real" world!...Make her work for a living. She should start at the bottom of a Hilton Hotel and work her way up~!...Folding sheets is a good place to start, then move up to a maid position (she could get some good lessons on how to be a better person here), then she can advance to a "room service server" and then go onto reservations...If she can make it this far, she gets all her stocks and allowances back!...Oh, and she has to take the bus to work!

I'd take away her stupid little dog's all her diamond's, her car's, houses, boat's, phone's and whatever the hell else she has (I'm sure I'm missing quite a bit) and sentence her to live like one of us, you know, get a real 9-5 job, or look after a whole bunch of kids (ahhh...on second thought...maybe not...wouldn't be fair to the kids) not this "simpleton's life" thing that she was in, oh yeah and take away her make up, hair extensions, perfume, and let her clean houses, cook meals (God help whoever had to eat it though) and run a household, or have a job that actually meant something like some community service, where she would get to blend in with all walks of life...not just the born with the silver spoon crammed up the (well never mind) kind of people.
The perfect thing really would be to let her come up north, I'd love to see her tramp through the woods in her little heels, and have to catch your dinner and make a shelter to sleep in, etc...I've done it and I'll tell you it's not easy....even better get her to do it in the middle of winter when it's -40, maybe that would wipe the little s*** eating grin off the "heiresses" face and teach her to drive with a suspended license while drunk. I'd love to show her a great big black bear up close and personal, or a raccoon, snake, pick one lol.

I would, because she enjoys anything sexually deviant, place her in the Los Angeles County Women's Correctional Facility for the maximum time, then assign her to 6 months in a half way house under condtions that include ankle bracelet and state mandated and run chemical addiction therapy (no foofy celeb rehab for her). Plus, I would make her pay all court costs, the costs of her incarceration AND would incorporate volumes of public service onto her including work with the homeless, serving at shelters, grafitti clean up and other items of public service.
Finally, I would, after successful completion of her half way couse time, make her probation contingent upon weekly urinalysis (surprise checks) and tie a 3-5 year prison term to her violations of conditions of her probation AND treat her as a flight risk so I would suspend her US Visa.

I think what she got was appropriate. She thinks that she shouldn't have gotten jail time, but how many times does she have to get caught breaking the law and violating her probation before she gets the idea that she's not above the law just because she's a spoiled little rich girl? Maybe the 45 days will be enough to knock it into her head that she's expected to follow the rules just like everyone else. Maybe it'll put a little scare into her.

She could never use the words/phrases "thats hot" or "like". She would have to perform 500 hours of community service picking trash on the side of some of L.A.'s most prized highways. Have her license permanently revoked so she couldnt drink and drive anymore. She should also have to go mothers of individuals who were killed by drunk drivers and explain why she felt the need to drink and drive and she is above the law.

Throw the book at her not only to teach her a lesson, but also to make an example. Just because you're a celebrity, shouldn't mean anything in the court of law.

This is not a case where corporal punishment applies. She will be fined and jailed the same as anyone else who committed a probation violation and DUI.

I'd give her an orange outfit and tell her to clean the sides of the highway for a few weekends. Then take away her license for a year or two.

A lot more than a few petty months in jail. I'd say behind the bars for at least eight or nine months... for being a sl*t more than anything else.
