Last week they were ready to move there. But now all of a sudden they are eating freedom fries. What's up with that?

Because the majority of the people of France who have had to live in the socialist abyss of government for 20 years are finally fed up. This does not look good for the socialist over here who were hoping to be just like the french.

If my memory serves me correct it was the Conservative GOP members of Congress who stood up and condemned France for not supporting the Bush war in Iraq. naming french fries "freedom fries" banning French language in public schools and selling off the Statue of Liberty. Did they quit drinking that expensive French Wine?

Im a liberal, I dont hate or love whats happening in France.. in short I dont care.
Why suddenly the conservaties care & happy about whats happening in France with all the ridicules & jokes they have against france?

We don't hate France. We're a little upset, though. France just elected a man that's equal (in political beliefs) to President Bush, though. And we know France has heard our moans and groans.
Another thing is that France just turned down their candidate for their first woman President. We thought that it would be bad for our candidate for our first woman President.
So, you ti chi the situation.

I didn't give a crap about France before, don't give a crap about them now. The only people I see on here spouting off about France is conservatives....I love it ,as last week all the conservatives on here hated France....enjoy it....thanks to George, you won't be winning any elections in this country for a while.

Probably because their God-George Soros told them they SHOULD hate France now. Look for several controversial remarks about France on some of the more popular left wing shows such as Rosy and her ilk.

I think they're trying to get Conservative, and Republican votes for their candidates, Hells, and Obama-bing. They never stopped loving France, they're the Pretenders. You know like Billery Clinton, when he promised to protect, and defend America?

I don't know that your statement is true. I heard Bill Maher last night talking about how great France was. The real question is why are conservatives so dumb and petty as to change the name of french fries to freedom fries? Like it matters to anyone else. French fries aren't even french, they came from Belgium. And the potatoe came from Central America so WTF???

i didn't have any particular love for France before their elections and i don't have any particular hate for France now after their elections. it's been the neoCONNED eating "freedom fries" and calling the French cowards for the past 6 1/2 yrs. i guess the neoCONNED think French fries are now delicious and the French are now courageous. **shrug**
