Criminal Justice is a physical major. It prepares you for law enforcement. Police, CHP and sheriff. At the county level, probation and parole. There is opportunity at other agencies as a private investigator or criminal evidence (laboratory). You can use your major to go to law school or earn a single subject teaching credential in the social sciences. In addition, apply to government or non-profit agencies that require a social-science related degree.

i am pursuing my bachelors degree in criminal justice-cyber crime. i have been doing lots of research on this and there are many places in which you can be employed: insurance agencies, FBI, NSA, you can also get employed as a civilian in any of the armed forces. there are so many opportunities out there that they are endless. it all depends on which field of criminal justice you are most interested in. I started out as CSI(crime scene inves.) but cant stand site of blood, so i changed to cyber crime. good luck with your decison, and you can always speak to an advisor and they can help you determine what fields you can go into.
