Yeah, appearantly some people in the USA still have an issue, but the rest of the world has moved on it seems.
Just because it's less common, doesn't make it less okay. We just fall into a different spot on the sexual orientation spectrum, that's all.
So it's perfectly fine in the modern world, I find most people don't even bat an eye anymore.

Of course it is. Why are you even asking? Do you just want to do a kind of straw poll of opinions? That's interesting, I suppose. Or do you think you're gay and want to know if that's OK? Well, yes it is, but would you have not known that if you hadn't asked? What if you'd asked the question on a day when only homophobic people were bothered to answer? Would you have felt that being gay was less OK, just based on the response here?
Please don't rely on something like this site to tell you what's OK and what isn't.
Or do you already have an answer of your own that you're just comparing with ours?

Watch X-men 3. Pretend that gay folks are the mutants. Just like everywhere else in society, there are those who are beneficial and those who are troublemakers. But in the end, we all have special abilities no one else does.

All depends on who you ASK!
To OTHER gays, it is the "ONLY" way to be. To some straight folks, it is NOT okay - to others, they support "gay rights" - and to still others, they couldn't care less either way!!!
I happen to be straight, and it doesn't matter for the most part. All EXCEPT for the gay man I have loved for the past 10 years - in his case, it is NOT "okay" with me, and NEVER WILL BE!!!!! In his case, I have suggested therapy, hypnosis, WHATEVER, to cure his problem.....all to NO AVAIL, I might add!
