the IAT is screwed into the side of the throttle body. Follow the black intake air bellows back to the throttle body and you'll see a connector for the sensor on the side of the throttle body. The sensor looks the same as a coolant temperature sensor and acts in much the same way. Remove the connector and unscrew the sensor. You'll need to replace the gasket with the sensor.

I don't know how many miles you have on your Pilot, but the IAT is covered by a 3 year 50,000 mile emissions warranty. The truck should still be in that warranty on time as long as the mileage is under 50k take it to a Honda dealer.
