i think it freggin halirous but u know*DADDY*will have hr way to skinny *** out in like a day i swear just because their famous they get treated better i hate it they need to let them stay in jail and to serve their time*i mean if you can't do the time don't do the crime*right???

I think she deserves more than just 45 days. 3 months jail time, 2000 hours of community service and rehab. That should do the trick.

It is about time the justice systems crack down on these young celebrities. Celebrities do it and it is brushed off, and people that aren't celebrities do it and it is to jail ya go

I do definitely! why should celebrities be exempt from the law and its consequences. This time though, i don't think she will be saying " this is hot." Her and the rest of her anorexic party bimbos deserve to be in the clink.
