The Ohio State University admissions process is fairly competitive. As with most admission programs, high school performance and SAT/ACT scores are given primary consideration. In-state tuition and fees for undergraduate students were $7,479 on the Columbus campus in 2005-2006. Students applying from out of state, graduate students, and students attending regional campuses will have different costs.

According to the web site below, their art department has classes on ceramics, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking and sculpture. I don't see anything on making collages -- but they might talk about it in the photography classes.
