Lie. Politicians do it all the time. Start rumours, subtly. Rig the ballot paper to have you at the top so you get all the donkey votes. Be nicer than you truly are, after all you can revert to your usual self once you're elected. Claim victory even if you don't win. A president of a big country did it once.

Make the other party look as bad as possible. Look at every opportunity to slam the other side and try to bury anything positive that the other side accomplishes. That would be my sole political agenda.
