Most of the time, the cause for cervical cysts is unknown. However, things that they have been related to are:
pregnancy
menopause

After delivery, the cervix rebuilds. As the tissue grows, it covers the mucus glands and, if mucus gets trapped, a cyst can develop.

In menopause, the cervical tissue gets progressively thinner making it easier for cysts to form.

There is no known link between penis size, sex toys, sexual positions or number of deliveries. One delivery can lead to a cervical cyst if the tissue traps mucus when it is rebuilding.
