Misery loves company, so they say. As a person who is overal a very happy person with a great marriage, I find this show completely demoralizing and depressing. After the last episode, I've finally decided to stop watching it. It's just so depressing to sit and watch a group of sad and pathetic people who are so helpless in their relationships. How do people watch this show anyways? Geez.

It's just TV. Lots of crazy things happen on TV shows.

"Heroes". The characters have like super powers, does that mean that only people with super powers watch it? "Lost". TV show about these people that are stranded on this island. Does that mean that only people stranded on islands watch it?

I mean, i like watching shows about people that are NOT that similar to me. I know how my life is...i don't know about how other people's lives are. TV shows give you the oppertunity to take a peek into other people's lives.

The show is about RELATIONSHIPS, the good and bad that people go through. It is great that you have a great marriage and I commend you and I can only hope that one day when I get married I have a great marriage also.

But T.V and the shows on TV are usually about people who aren't perfect and are learning as they go along. It is for those who don't have perfect relationships to look and say "well at least my relationship isn't that bad" or "wow! I go through the same thing." Better yet, it is just entertaining, it shouldn't be taken so seriously.

Because it is amazing.

and if you've watched it from the beginning, everyone feels like family... they seem real. Also, even though Grey's is pretty depressing most of the time, there is always SOMETHING in every episode to lighten it up and add a little humor...

Although you have a very good point. It is still a good show. There is a lot of drama and some of the medical cases they have are so bizzare that you just have to watch to see what will happen in the next episode. The relationships in the show can get annoying sometimes.

I felt depressed at how badly George and Izzie's conditions were at the end of that episode. I was so shocked that Joe Doe was George and that Izzie crashed right after she was herself again. I think one of them will die, probably George because he was badly injured.

I see your point. However what I find uplifting is how much all these dysfunctional people care about others and the patients.
