Depends on the person...I will offer to help most. But the ones who just abuse and take advantage dont get my help anymore.

I like to offer help if I know it is needed or is visible to me but there are times when it is not so I think it is good when people ask for help when they need it. I come from the school of all they can say is noism.

it depends on the problem and how much I will have to do to help. If its no big deal then I will offer but if its like offering someone a place to live. NO I will not

If I see that someone could use help, I offer mine. It usually comes in the form of a shorter person trying to reach something on a top shelf, and being taller, I can get it easily.

I offer it. I am there for my friends whenever and however they need me. They never have to ask it is just a given.

They need to ask. Too often have I offered my help and people get offended for some reason and insult me. If people want my help, ask me! It's not like I'll curse you if you ask.

I just do it. When people really need it - it's hard to ask and sometimes when you offer they feel like they shouldn't take it. So, I just do it. It's my favorite thing.
