i would panic and sweat a lot

It has happened to me and a friend once we pressed the alarm to get peoples attention and waited for them to come open the doors. It wasnt till afterwards that the realisation hits you that you were stuck in a lift in a shaft which could have not been safe !! We didnt panic but then if someone else had been with us and had started it might have been different.

I did once,I was fine at first but then I had this horrible feeling it was just going to drop and I was on the 12th floor!
It only got stuck for 5 minutes but it seemed like a lot longer.
It was really scary and I've never liked lifts since

Probably kick the door then ring the help bell then i would have to wait to get out not much you could do if you were stuck in a lift!

Last time I got stuck in a lift, it was in my office on the weekend (when no one else was there). Thank goodness I had my cell phone on me or I really would have freaked out. Needless to say, I take the stairs on weekends now.

I think it depends on the conditions of the lift and who you are in there with and how long.If the lift was air conditioned and i was with someone interesting I am sure the time will fly by. However if it was a wreck of a lift with someone smelly and boring I think I would panic.

This happened to me actually. I chilled out had a picnic and finished a book while stuck between two floors for 50 minutes!!

Like some mad crazy woman, I'm claustrophobic and been stuck in a lift is one of my worst nightmares.

I would be probobly be freaked out but at the same time I would think this would be cool. You dont get to be stuck in an elevator every day.

Totally freak out, especially if I was on my own!! I avoid lifts when ever I can because I am so scared this will happen!

I would scream and shout and panick and kick the door and should please help me I am stuck! with a few swear words lol I hate lifts I try and avoid them where I can
