If you're looking for great coupons to use in LV the best two sources that I know of are the American Casino Guide and The Las Vegas Advisor's POV. Both are worth many times the price.

I just got back from vegas and am going again because I won BIG at the MGM Grand. It is a clean and nice hotel unlike others I have stayed at with higher star ratings! The MGM pricesx at about $180 per nigbht but I found this promotion for $89 a night. I have been to almost every single casino/hotel on the strip and the MGM is the best with the Bellagio a close second. ceasars is very cool to visit but the people are really rude! MGM Grand is the only place to stay!

TIP: play games during the day not at night....odds are better on all games and cheaper minimum bets during daytime hours...I won $2500 playing poker at MGM on a 3 nt stay....$150 blackjack and $300 slots and $50 roulette and I always played during the day and did shows or sight seeing at night.....If you are up get out!If you dont vegas will take all of your money. I found Id go up in the first 15 mins at a table (except poker) and thats when I needed to get up from the table because if I stayed id almost certainly lose....

Try booking through Southwest Airlines Vacations. There is a deal for $50 off right now. Occasionally they have promotion codes for specific hotels in Las Vegas.

Look at various conventions that will be occuring in Vegas then. Goto the host of the conventions website and they often book deals with local hotels, and will have a convention code on their website. I've used this method several times and never even been part of a convention. Have fun in Vegas and have a great birthday.

Depends on when you're looking to go -- summer is coming up, so there probably won't be too many specials available since they'll be busy anyways.
But, head over to http://www.resideo.com/us/nevada/lasvegas/ and click the 'Check Availability' button. Choose your dates and submit the form. You can sort the results by price (will show lowest first), and it will show you an rooms that are currently running promotions.
