It's just a machine made of non living objects that simply follow the instructions(coding) that are given at the time of making it. It's not made of cells(living) are any other living things to have the ability to think.
May be in future we can fuse some of living things with this electronic machine to think. I hope this would be possible.

The most powerful logic computer in the world thinks at about a 3 year old level (that's not to say they interact like a 3 year old.. just that they can figure out problems that a 3 year old could)... why?? here's why.. how do you write a program for abstract thought? figure that out and you will be a very rich man.
