If you think she's going to a real jail, you've got another thing coming. Minimum security, more luxuries than you and I have and a free education program to top it off. She's only there for 40 days or so but she'll come out thinking it was a vacation for her. I wouldn't be surprised if she goes to the same jail as Martha Stewart.

It makes me smile and laugh uncontrollably, considering she got a DUI when she is fuc*ing Paris Hilton and she could have one of her minions pick her drunk rich bi*ch a** up instead of driving. I mean the everyday joe can't afford the taxi that's why he drives drunk but Paris Hilton could have a limo come to her rescue without even flinching. Dumb Whor*. Fin.

Absolutely!! If she goes, they can still appeal it. She just totally disregarded the law and should go to jail. If I did what she did I would already be in jail. If there is any kind of justice she will go to jail. Let her really see the real world. Talk about the simple life!!!

Just the first 150 times I heard it on the news. Now, I feel like it's Martha Stewart all over again. Do the time and don't bother with the TV coverage til the day she gets out.

I guess now these other "Celebrities" who gets famous for doing nothing can realize money can't save you from everything. Knowing how hollywood is she might not even serve the full sentence. Michelle Rodriguez was given 30 days for violating her probation and she only served 2 days!!!

Oh yes ! , She's such a pain i don't love her attiutude, too much into her-self and the cummunity would be better off with-out her schandals now and then anyway so i hope she comes out of the jail looking in a diffrent way to life *doubt it :P*

Did you see where she is going to be in a single cell? She can, however pay to serve her time in a better (more comfortable) prison? I know it will be hard for her to come up with the money to do so but..........Once again the legal system has another punishment for the rich and famous!

hell yeah i was laughing until i realized that this is just another vacation for her. she wont be put in with the inmates, she will be separated and more than likely treated very very nicely, which i hope not but we ALL know that's what's going to happen. she deserves to be punished like every other person and not be given any special privileges
