I can't leave home for any amount of time.
I have clothes,toys, and other items I could give the Red Cross.
What are your thoughts?

They are asking that people stay away, the Red Cross would be appropriate.

Yes! The Red Cross does awesome work. My boyfriend is a volunteer was was there when Katrina hit. He drove an emergency response vehicle and , along with the meals, would deliver toys that people had donated to the children who lost everything.

thoughts and idea's like yours help healed and strengthen our country, Yes donate all the clothes and other stuff to your "local" -red cross-and they will get it there to those that need it. love it, that you mentioned the "TOYS" for in this time, what a smile-just- a toy may bring to there sad little hearts. Bless your kind soul and you inspiring others to give, may not have to be "money"

Greensburg is an hour and a half from us and fortunately my kids just moved from there we are giving what we can.
