I can actually. I was made to do this by my mother when I was little - to train me to walk correctly, like a lady. pfft...but I can still do it.

Yes, indeed. The more you do that activity, the easier it becomes. In fact, when I work in the yard, I balance a plastic trash-can-lid full of yard waste on my head and walk to the compost bin.

I'd rather read the book... osmosis only tends to work on a cellular level. But yes... I can. For some reason it came up in class this year.

yes. and on occasion I have used them as a hat to run through the ran. but only the magazine books that I didn't care about.

I used to ballet, that helps you with balance.
