How many chances is this twerp going to get? Anyone else and they'd have been forced into rehab or faced a custodial sentence. He's pathetic, and so is the judge who reckons he's trying hard and reforming his character (which he clearly isn't as he keeps getting arrested for drug possession or driving without a licence). It's getting old and stale and Kate Moss is pathetic for finding him attractive (she had Johnny Depp for crying out loud, what's wrong with her?!!).

I would be all about letting the judicial system run it's course if it ran the SAME course for EVERYONE. Often, in the case of celebrities, it does not.
If he was arrested for possession, chances are he had it on him. If he did, NO, he shouldn't be let off easy.
Too many criminals are running around who have been let off or simply slapped on the wrist.
No, I wouldn't just take a drug users word for it that they will really attend therapy and be a good boy.

Maybe some form of custodial therapy, that he can't just walk out of when he gets sick of it, would be a solution. Drug addiction is not a crime, it's an illness, and addicts don't need punishment, they need help. And often the first step to help them is getting them to recognise their addiction and the need to cure it.
Celebrity status should not affect the way he is treated by either the law or the medical community. 'Shoulds' and 'shouldn'ts' don't always come into it however....

Look. If this had happened to a non-celeb (celeb, I hate that fecking word) they would be, by now, spending a long time behind bars.
This piece of crap should be sentenced for a long time behind bars - and don`t give me that crap about our taxes paying for his prison term, I don`t care!
He has had sufficient time to apply for therapy and all the other help that is there for him. BUT! He refused it, so to hell with him!
Stick him in prison. If he gets away with it again this time, he`ll be laughing at the laws of this country as he has done so in the past.
He was found in possession of drugs so therefore he does the time, simple innit!
I have no pity for him or his faceless sympathisers!

I think he should be forced to tell who his dealers are. He's already been to rehab countless times but it's just for publicity. He is not ready to quit because he is still young and enjoying himself, he has no motivation. I think he is only harming himself and why should UK taxpayers pay for him to spend time in prison when he can pay privately for his own rehab.

I just wish he would hurry up and OD. I'm sick of seeing him in the papers. All he's famous for is getting himself in trouble with drugs. Waste of space.

He's only been arrested - not tried and certainly not yet convicted. Let the judicial system run its course. He might be innocent.
