I'm trying to figure out who's messing with my guestbook. I have their IP address, but when I use an IP address locator, I only get the CITY and STATE. Any help? Thank you!

A few years ago it may have been, but nowadays most ISP's use IP addresses that go through their own proxy to protect the identity of their users. I live in Missouri, but running a search of my IP says I live in Virginia.

IP address are normally locate to their ISP, so it will never be accurate.

You can only locate their state and City, you cannot locate them physically, such as their physical address without hypnotizing their ISP.
