How do I capture Palkia or dialga in Pokemon Diamond?

Cause I need it SO i can battle my 8th gym leader.....:)

You need to bring Dusk Balls. Save right after the final battle and enter the battle with Dialga and weaken its HP down and then start chucking dusk balls. I was able to catch him with the first dusk ball I used. Don't use your masterball here, save it for another legendary you'll encounter..

To catch Dialga in Pokemon Diamond, you have to defeat Team Galactic in the Warehouse, and then in the HQ. Once you went into the HQ, battled Commander Saturn and released the 3 legendaries, you have to go to Mt. Coronet. Acess it by going into Hearthome City, then following the path to the left. Go inside the cave, and try to get to the top of the Mountain's Peak. It is called "Spear Pillar". Be sure to bring at least 40 Ultra Balls, a lot of Hyper Potions, and a few Revives, because you're going to be in a really tough battle. Once you get to Spear Pillar, you'll see the Galactic Boss Cyrus trying to summon Dialga so he can destroy the world. You have to fight Jupiter and Saturn. Your Rival will come and battle with you, then when you beat them, he'll heal your pokemon. You then have to battle the Galactic Boss, and once you do, you have to fight Dialga. I HIGHLY recommend using either Dusk or Ultra Balls, and paralyzing/freezing, or burning him, or putting him to sleep so you'll catch him faster. He's the easiest Legendary to catch. Save your masterball for a different legendary.

To catch Palkia in Pokemon Diamond, you have to go to Jubilife CIty and go to the GTS (Global Trading Station). You must have an internet connection so you can trade your pokemon for a Palkia.

You need diamond for Dialga, sorry. But you go Mt. Cornet and eventually you end up at the spear pillar (but you need rocksmash, rockclimb, and waterfall). Then, you must defeat 2 guys then 1 more guy, and then after you beat them, someone gives you a masterball. You then walk up, and there he is!

u can use the master ball or u can use a ultra ball like i did
then u can save the master ball for a stronger pokemon
