We got 7 1/2 inches of rain last night. We might not be going bonkers yet, but we might be going boating if this keeps up.

For me there are no dreary days- I try to find the positive in those days when the weather is less sunny or more wet. Gives me a chance to catch up on my reading, cleaning the cupboards, or spending some time with the grandkids. Other joyful activities include researching a favorite topic on the internet or at the library. Besides my flowers and lawn are getting some much needed watering.

Many. I love rain. Gloomy skies are only gloomy to gloomy people. I can't control the weather, so I don't sweat it. I cope with it by finding something positive to do. I like walking in the rain, and if it's raining too hard to do something outdoors, I watch a movie, read a book, and/ or listen to music. And there are tons of funny jokes and stories to be found on the internet. Keep smiling.

It is depressing. And on the second day, I start to get really fed up with getting wet everytime I go out. And there's always those cold drops that get you right on the back of the neck and slide down your back!
