ok, my ex and i were sleeping with eachother for about 5 to six month after we broke it off. I later realized that i was pregnant a month after we officially stopped seeing eachother, he didnt want to have a child with me (he says) but before we stopped seeing eachother he constantly said to me he wished that he got me pregnant so that no one else could get me. i never could get pregnant, so he thought that something was wrong with himself. he went so long feeling like he couldnt make babies and to find out that his new girlfriend was pregnant, and thats when i broke down and told him. he wanted me to have an abortion and i was going to, i was honestly going to do it just so that he wouldnt think that i was trying to trap him we argued back and forth until 4 months and i just couldnt bare to do it anymore. she is now 11 months he saw her once but said she didnt look like him so he ?'s it we planned to test but ever since his number cut off and i need help so what to do?

In our society, a woman gets the last say on what happens to a man's sperm cells if they are in her body. That's the way it is.

It takes two to be interested, two to flirt, two to have foreplay, two to have intercourse, two to decide against no contraception, two to go to court over child support, etc., but only the woman gets to say what happens to the man's sperm once it is inside her.

Guys you had better read this and if you don't want some woman changing her mind and deciding to keep the baby after she swore to you she wouldn't, and told you different, you had better not give her your sperm cells because she gets the last say over what to do with them once you give them to her. Just wear a condom and flush it when you finish. Unless of course you want a not-so-pleasant connection to this type of person for the rest of your days.

Is there some logical reason why you would sleep with a guy you weren't married to, without using birth control? If the child is his, he needs to pay child support whether he sees her or not. Get a court order for paternity and sue this bum for child support.

BTW: Don't listen to BK guys. Only a bum sleeps with women he doesn't care anything about. Even under best circumstances, a woman can get pregnant; so don't sleep with women you don't want as the mother of your child.

If you can get in touch with him I think it would be a good idea to talk things through with him to find out how much involvement he wants to have in raising your daughter. She is your number one priority. It is entirely up to you whether or not you get the DNA test.
Basically, I would say make the decisions that work best for you and your daughter, because this man doesn't sound like he has been there for the two of you and you need people around you who are gonna be there for you and look out for you.
Good luck :-)

That's a hard one, I say this because you can't get ahold of him. I work for a DNA company and unfortunately you won't be able to force him to test unless you hire an attorney and get a court order. But that's only if you could find him...

Contact the state or take him to court. They will make him take a paternity and he will have to pay child support from the moment your daughter was born.
Hey you deserved that much from him. You didn't make this baby on your own. Make him own up to his responsibilies.

Get a court ordered paternity test. Next time, if you plan to have casual sex, use protection.

Go to court and they will find him. He needs to take responsibility for this baby that he helped make.
