If you are talking about India there is a strong transvestite culture there so they have lots of regime's, diets and ideas to make themselves look feminine. Also a sari is a nice garment for hiding your body shape if you know how to wear it. They have groups of TVs who live together like nuns do. Some of the groups provide nursing and social help. In some parts of India it is considered good luck to have a TV at your wedding
