How can you help those who have been through a catastrophe?
Through Prayer?
Money?
Actually going on scene?

try to help with prayer first, then with donation of money or what they really need, have learned, will not go the scene to help out, I get too invovled, and not know when to come home, 911, sent dozens of t-shirts and work gloves, said that's what they needed most, helped "money wise' with those that brought the dogs in, Right now , help out at a food kitchen a few days a week, been blessed with so much, but know the heartache of loss, so just try to give back, in some small way

I donate money every month to St.Jude's children's hospital,and I say prayers for people in need every day. Like this poor girl in Portugal whose been kidnapped while on vacation with her family. They are in my thoughts all day, every day.
I would go on scene to places if I could, but I have responsibilities I can't leave.

I am...but my guys rarely accept or appreciate the help they are given.

i can make them laugh, and i have a strong body that can be used for difficult labor if necessary
