I would be outta there too!!! There is nothing he can do. You are pregnant and there is NO established paternity while pregnant (unless your married then they assume paternity). He can try but he will fail. Go home.... Good luck

As a mother-to-be, your main concern at this point in time is to do what is best for you and your baby. If your fiance is planning to dump you, I would say let him and go back to your family in Florida. You can not be charged with kidnapping. It is difficult to successfully raise a child even when you are in a loving, committed, financially secure marriage. Raising a baby as a single parent or as part of broken relationship can be done, but it is very hard. If the relationship you have with your fiance is not salvageable (personally, I would run fast and far from a man who "gives orders"), then you will have to surround yourself with supportive friends and family. Meanwhile, if you need help until you can get to Florida, look in the phone book under Abortion Alternatives for a Crisis Pregnancy Clinic. They can often help with temporary housing and medical care. If you feel you are in any danger, contact your local police for help to get to a domestic violence shelter. If you are connected to a church or other faith community, you can contact them for help. If you are estranged from you family, contact them and ask for help. Keep you and your baby safe.

Your correct! If you have the choice of being homeless or go to Florida. Go to Florida so you can at least be safe! Shame on him for putting you in a horrible position! You can and really should contact a lawyer to protect you from the time you leave and the time you have your baby! So your covering your butt and in the end he can't get you on charges. But, he could get charged with abandoning his responsibilities to be a father, kicking you out and putting your child in danger being homeless! Check the laws out and don't leave his house before you call and ask. Just don't let him know your checking this out! This might start a whole new war!

Legally, No it is most certainly not kidnapping. Even if you were not still pregnant and the child was born unless you have gone to court and custody has been established to him than it is still not kidnapping. As the mother you may take your child with you unless otherwise ordered by court. Sounds like you should def get away from this guy as soon as possible. He could become very threatening.

NO, it does not be seen kidnapping. thinking a 17 365 days old has the mentality and potential of understanding he/she is voluntarily going with a guy or woman, the different guy or woman could desire to not be charged with kidnapping. the climate of kidnapping are regularly as follows. a guy or woman ought to take a guy or woman against his/her will from one place to a various whilst attempting to conceal their area. What you defined isn't kidnapping extra probable an undemanding juvenile runaway. the moms and dads won't be able to cause them to come abode however the police can. a guy or woman below the age of 18 is seen juvenile and could proceed to be in custody of a mum or dad until eventually the criminal age of 18.

No, its not kidnapping. There is no established paternity nor an order in place stating you have to have your belly where the sperm donor is! GO home to Florida!!!!! Once you get here you may want to get into contact with an abuse shelter and see what your options are for a restraining order as that sounds like it will quickly become a dangerous situation for both you and your unborn baby. Keep his name OFF the birth certificate-normally I am COMPLETELY against that but as it will be dangerous otherwise and don't let him know where you are. After the baby is born, without his name on the certificate HE is the one that will be guilty of kidnapping if he takes the child. You wont be able to establish child support without paternity but I think you may be better off.

LOL...I'm really sorry if this offends you, but your fiance is an idiot. No, that's not even close to kidnapping. As the mother of an unborn child you have ALL parental rights, and the fact that you are not married means he has NONE - absolutely none.

it's not kidnapping...this guy is not only an idiot, he sounds like a dangerous idiot.
if you go to florida, or anywhere else, make sure this fool can't find you.
sounds like an abuser-in-training. he's gonna dump you, cuz you don't do what he tells you to do...nice. unless he's your husband, he has no rights in regards to your child, cuz legally he's not proved to be the baby's father ( no disrespect intended)...so you gotta get away from this clown, before he dreams up something else.
run, girl...go get your life in order.

No it is definately not kidnapping. You are free to go wherever you please!!!! He is trying to bully you into staying. Sounds like is a manipulative jerk if he is going to treat you like that while you are pregnant what is it going to be like if you stay and have the baby. Do what is best for you right now, and that will definately be what is best for the baby. It sounds like moving home would be best for you.

No it is not kidnapping. If he is throwing you out or whatever the case is and you choose to leave state that is your choice. There is no paternity yet due to the baby not being born yet he will have to wait until the baby is born to do anything for rights. Best wishes!
