i think she has them tilted the wrong way so you can see in but not out.
my question is should myself or my wife let her know
they have just moved in so we don't know them

She may be an exhibitionist and is getting a sexual satisfaction from letting people watch her undress.You will soon know as if this is the case and she realises someone is watching she will progress from just undressing to doing things of a more personal and intimate nature.It is difficult for you or your wife to approach her as you don't know her and your visit could be misunderstood and give offence.Just let things go for now.

many circumstances.. =0) not probable i did not fairly undress i became already undressed and that i've got a super bay window acceptable in my front room and that i walked through there many circumstances going to my mattress room with the window extensive open!!! =0)

No, do not tell them. They are adults, right? Perhaps it does not bother them that people can see. It would make them wonder why you are so attentive to what is in their windows. If you are the only one with a prime vantage point, even anonymous note left on the door would be obvious. My advice would be to close your blinds so they won't catch you looking.

If anyone should say anything it should be your wife. If the woman is oblivious to her nightly show, it's the respectable thing to do. If she's doing it on purpose, maybe knowing that it's a woman who sees her will put an end to it.
Alternatively, you could have your wife mention it to her husband.

Put an anonymous note on their door. That way you don't have to come face to face over a potentially embarrassing situation. And you will know if she is doing this on purpose, if the blinds remain in their present position.

Lol...this is a tricky one. I would casually mention that you like her wardrobe set or her wallpaper...something like... you couldn't help but notice because you can see into their bedroom...don't just dive straight in and say that she's giving you a your husband a private show without really knowing it! She will be really embarrassed and I doubt there'd be any future communication.
BUT...maybe she's doing it on purpose? Even when my blinds are closed, I don't get undressed in front of them...just in case.

lol id tell her! id be embarrassed if it were me but id still like to know! lol in my old house i lived on a main road but there was a culdi sack (ex use spelling!) opposit which was a bit downhill ! and there was this man who had only a half frosted widow in his bathroom.fine for his neighbours but u can only imagine what i cud see from higher up!! lol. i was only about 13 so i didn't say anything but then a friend mentioned it infront of my mum! about a week later he had blinds lol (",)
