i want to play a game of euhre it loads ok then it says server cantfind userid can someone help me plz ?

I play ALOT of euchre and run into this problem occasionally. I try the following..If one dont work I go to the next one..
1. Switching from Intermediate to Advanced or vice versa.
2. I have a FAVORITES listing for Euchre and reclicking on that.
3. Going thru Yahoo home page. Click on Games, then cards , then euchre.
4. Go thru ALLEYKATZDEN.COM.. it is a back door to the euchre tables when the table is FULL.
5. When all else fails I restart the computer and start all over again...
