When are box office reports released?

Question

I know on Sunday but when exactly? Take Spider-man 3 opening day Friday brought in $59 million is that time 12AM Friday-12AM Saturday 24hours? I also usually read the report during the early evening when are things cut off and everything handed in to be tallyed for the report? Spider-man 3 brought in 148 million during its 3 day haul. :-) Thanks :-)

As I understand it the Exhibitor Relations Company, Inc.
releases the "estimated" box office results early Sunday Morning and then on Monday Afternoon releases the "Actual Results" of what the top 12 movies in the United States Grossed.
