I would suggest making sex at least twice a day, however, you have to have a special recipe in order to do it right.

make it lots and as often as you can. Sex it too fun to say no to. Even if you don't feel like it right away keep making out you'll feel like it later

no one is forcing you to make sex. the question is..how many times does your wife / grlfriend let's you have sex :) good luck/ use protection
