I have never lied because I am a horrible liar. during stressful times such as an interview im even worse at it.
I would suggets you either become a super fast learner or you just go to the person who hired you and tell them the truth. They may or may not keep you.
My question is why did you lie about something like this... you should have known it would lead to serious trouble. Software takes a while to learn.

I have never lied on a job interview because I've never had one.

No, it's not good to lie, specially not in a JOB interview.
If you get the job and then you don't know how to do the work correctly then you will get fired, and you just wasted time instead of going out to look for another job that you do know how to do the workfor.

Of course. I think nearly everyone stretches the truth a bit in a job interview. Learn the software...quickly. Good luck. :-)

No, I haven't. If the job requires skills I don't have, I don't apply for it. This is because, usually, if you lie and you get hired, you'll get fired because you can't do the job correctly.

I personally haven't but the people I've hired, I found their faults while in training
