If you ever found in a situation where you hit a man, would you expect a slap back?
Or maybe you have hit a man in which case, did you get hit back?
(I realise two wrongs don't make a right by the way, just interested in your thought process on this one).

I am a man and yes I have been hit by a woman or women in the past.
I never hit them back but it took all my control not to use my reflex action and throw one back.
It is a tricky situation as if I did hit her back I would probably knock her out or maybe break something.
It is not really fair for women to hit men and not get hit back.
On the flip side men can inflict more serious injuries to women than vice versa.
I just take it like a man.
PS most times I have deserved it.

I've never hit anyone except playing around. I don't think it's right for a girl to slap a guy who offends her. Why should she be able to get away with that? No real man would ever hit a woman even if she hit first.

If I hit a man I would expect to be hit back. Being hit back by a man would show to me that he doesn't have much self control though or much respect either. But if i did hit a man it would serve me right to be hit back!

I've never hit anyone but if I hit a man then yes I think I shouldn't be surprised if I got a slap back.
I spoken about this to friends before and theres mixed opinion.
Nobody should hit anyone but everyone has the right to defend themselves.

I believe yes . If i was to slap or hit a man i'd get one back . What's good for the goose and all . A woman shouldn't hit without expecting it back !

I have hit a man once but he was man enough not to hit me back. No I wouldn't expect one back. Most men are or should have been brought up not to hit woman. UNLESS the woman is beating the crap out of him then he shouldn't do anything. But a slap......No...How bad is she going to hurt him...

You can't expect to hit someone without being hit back. There is no excuse for women to slap men or men to slap women, if you can't handle what the other party is saying then just walk away.

I don't think it's ever right for a man to "hit back" or whatever, but if you're gonna slap your boyfriend around, don't scream abuse when he gets sick of it and pushes back. There are people in this world who truly ARE being abused and the cops won't do anything because too many 911 calls are from women who dealt out the first blow to begin with.

I don't think I'd expect a slap back, just because I was raised to know that it's common sense no matter who it is that hits you... if it's a girl, laying a hand on them is a big no-no. Maybe it's just me, maybe my way of thinking is extinct! I don't know.
I've hit a guy before (with good reason, trust me. I don't just go around beating people up for my health) and he took it like a man, no retaliation.

I've never been hit by a man, unless you count a spanking over my dad's knee when I was a kid.
A couple of times, I came real close to slapping the crap out of an ex boyfriend. If I had hit him, I don't think he would have hit me back...he was spineless...
