I think ~Parris Hilton should pay just like anyone else. Its only right, also drink driving is a serious crime, and it should be given a high penality! Lets hope it teaches her a lesson on "not being able to buy your way out"!

The spoiled rich-***** needs prison time.
45 days for knowingly violating parole sounds good to me. Next offense should be 6 months. If she's dumb enough to believe her publicist, she deserves the sentence anyways.

the case for her is that she's stupid ,vain, slallow, a brat the worst parts of a human that can be.. yeah shes a case alright.

Not really. Her attorneys are going to scream that she is being treated harshly because she is a celebrity. I think she is lucky they did not send her to jail immediately.
